My Story

Rachel Kastner is an accomplished social impact producer, storyteller, and sought-after public speaker committed to telling stories to create empathy. Her world-renowned digital docu-series “How To: Never Forget” and full-length documentary ‘The Barn’ have educated millions of millennial and Gen-Zer viewers about the Holocaust and received global coverage. 

 

A sought-after public speaker, Rachel has given keynotes and talks to thousands of people in classrooms and DEI groups across the globe. Her talks focus on storytelling and empathy, the importance of documenting your family history, Holocaust awareness, and more. Rachel’s projects span podcasts, film, and digital, and have featured talent including Mark Cuban, Montana Tucker, Gail Simmons, Nev Schulman, Tiffany Haddish and more. Her work has been featured in major outlets including Good Morning America, NBC, PBS, Variety, People Magazine. “How To: Never Forget” was Webby-nominated in 2022, alongside NASA and Adidas.

 

Her work is inspired by her family legacy as the granddaughter of three Holocaust survivors, and aims to inspire younger generations to create a better world.

 

Rachel is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and currently lives in Tel Aviv, where she runs operations at a health-tech company, OneStep.
